Aimee Musial

Executive Director

Aimee has over 25 years of senior living experience and currently oversees operations at Wyndemere. Her main focus is maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction and team member engagement, while also ensuring the community continues its financial viability and operational efficiency. Before transitioning to Wyndemere in 2008, she worked as the Administrator at Wynscape for 12 years. She currently serves on several committees within Life Care Services.

Greg Lechtenberg

Director of Marketing and Sales

Greg Lechtenberg is a sales and marketing leader with over 20 years of proven success in the New York City and Chicago health care and senior living markets. Before joining Wyndemere, Greg helped bring West 86, a luxury senior living high-rise on the Upper West Side of Manhattan to 100% occupancy. He also contributed to bringing The Clare in downtown Chicago and most recently The Carrington in Lincolnwood to 95% occupancy. He is very excited to be working with Life Care Services once again.

Greg is an enthusiastic life-long learner, has traveled the world extensively and is a master’s degree candidate in Senior Living Hospitality at the Davis School of Gerontology of the University of Southern California. In his free time Greg loves to laugh with his wife, two sons, friends, and family. Greg is passionate about storytelling, song writing, listening and learning about what is important in people’s lives. He looks forward to working with such a seasoned team to create a hospitality experience that continues to enhance the lives of every Wyndemere resident.

Kelly Berger

Director of Activities and Programming

Kelly plans and coordinates all daily activities, trips and outings. She also oversees our Wyndemere and Westbridge fitness programs, transportation, spiritual offerings, newsletter and calendar as well as monthly wellness lectures and support groups offered by other departments. She was the director of activities at Mayslake Village for five years and has been at Wyndemere since 2007. Kelly has a background in special education and experience working with adults with special needs. She’s certified through the National Parks and Recreation Association as a Certified Park and Recreation Professional.

Alan Ickes

Food & Beverage Director

For the past 5 years Alan has been the Culinary Director at Beacon Hill in Lombard. He decided to enter the senior living arena after his mother moved into a community in Pittsburgh. Alan said, “They are taking such great care of my mom, I need to take care of someone else’s mom”. Alan brings a wealth of experience in Food and Beverage. Prior to Beacon Hill Alan worked on a project converting the old Villa Olivia Country Club into a Bartlett Park District facility which included a restaurant, full-service bar, casual café, catering, and golf course. Alan was also the General Manager for the Woman’s Athletic Club, a private 1,000-member club in Chicago that featured elegant fine dining, café, private member dining throughout the club, rooftop terrace dining and catered events. Additionally, he was on the opening team for Navy Pier as the General Manager of Pier Management Services and he started the Events Management Department at the Brookfield Zoo. He also owned his own Private Chef Service for many years. Alan lives in Downers Grove with his spouse and two dogs: Andy a Bloodhound and Tom, a Basset Hound. He spends his free time renovating and restoring his 100 year old home

Jeff Hebreard

Director of Accounting

Jeff oversees all areas of our accounting and finance department: billing, accounting, accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable. Prior to joining Wyndemere in 2010, Jeff was in financial services/corporate accounting at Central DuPage Hospital for 11 years. Jeff has an MBA from Northern Illinois University.

Trish Grigg

Director of Human Resources

Trish Grigg was recently employed with Fenwick High School in Oak Park as the Director of Human Resources for 13 years overseeing all aspects of the human resources strategy and operations of the school. Trish directed a HR team and collaborated with senior leaders to align human resources strategy of talent management, succession planning, leadership development and change management with organizational goals.  Over Trish’s career span, she previously worked in the insurance and manufacturing (telecommunications) industry for several years.

Trish possesses a B.A. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from DePaul University in Chicago and has PHR certification as well.

Steve Schultz

Director of Facility Services

Steve joined Wyndemere in 2006 and is in charge of campus maintenance, public safety, environmental services, emergency preparedness, capital planning and project management. Prior to joining Wyndemere, he worked in operations management and logistics for retail distribution, manufacturing and customer service.

Drew Jackson

Director of Westbridge Assisted Living

Drew comes to Wyndemere with 20 years of healthcare experience specializing in geriatrics, urology, and gastroenterology. During his time in geriatrics, he helped to build and grow a geriatric medical practice. He went on to specialize in the areas of urology and helped to open another medical practice related to gastroenterology. He also has several years of teaching experience at the college level.

The area of healthcare he enjoys the most is in senior living, where he has worked for the last decade. Drew has been most recently working as the Nursing Services Manager at a local Assisted Living. Drew enjoys sharing his knowledge with residents, family members, health care associates and students.

Emily Block

Wynscape Administrator

Emily grew up in Carol Stream, IL and attended Northern Illinois University where she graduated with a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has worked in various healthcare settings for 13 years including long term care, senior living and home health as a director of rehabilitation, speech-language pathologist and, most recently, as a nursing home administrator in Illinois.  She has gravitated to opportunities where she can collaborate with others who each bring their unique skills and backgrounds together to create an exceptional customer experience
