Our management and leadership teams work closely with residents to ensure all our neighborhoods — Wyndemere, Westbridge and Wynscape — provide services and amenities that exceed their expectations.


Marty Jensen

Executive Director

Marty is responsible for all areas and day-to-day operations of the community: independent living in our Wyndemere neighborhood, assisted living and memory care in our Westbridge neighborhood, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation in our Wynscape neighborhood. He joined Wyndemere in 2013 and has been with Life Care Services since 2009. Prior to that, he worked for 23 years in senior living community support services. Marty was also an infantry officer in the U.S. Army for nine years and graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.

Aimee Musial

Associate Executive Director / Administrator of Wynscape

Aimee brings over 20 years of long-term care experience to Wynscape Health Center and oversees its operations. She’s been with Wynscape since 2008 and currently serves on several advisory groups to support health centers managed by Life Care Services across the United States.

Judy Miltner

Director of Marketing and Sales

Judy has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. After joining Wyndemere in 2007, she spent two years as regional sales manager. In her current position, she manages our sales team and coordinates all aspects of our advertising and marketing. In addition to her work at Wyndemere, Judy mentors fellow marketing directors in our sister communities through the SMART program. Judy has a business degree from Western Illinois University.

Kelly Berger

Director of Activities and Programming

Kelly plans and coordinates all daily activities, trips and outings. She also oversees our Wyndemere and Westbridge fitness programs, transportation, spiritual offerings, newsletter and calendar as well as monthly wellness lectures and support groups offered by other departments. She was the director of activities at Mayslake Village for five years and has been at Wyndemere since 2007. Kelly has a background in special education and experience working with adults with special needs. She’s certified through the National Parks and Recreation Association as a Certified Park and Recreation Professional.

Maitoni Cruz

Director of Nursing

Maitoni has been with Wyndemere since 2001 and is responsible for the nursing staff and oversees residents’ clinical issues and clinical programs as well as staff education. Prior to joining Wyndemere, she worked as a hospital nurse in the Philippines for three years and then become a nurse case manager in another area community.

Jennifer Franck

Director of Assisted Living

Jennifer started at Wynscape as a certified nursing assistant in 2000 before becoming the admissions director. In 2010, she became our life enrichment director and then an assistant administrator. She’s now responsible for supervising the daily operations of Westbridge and memory care, which includes adhering to state regulations, occupancy development and resident/staff satisfaction.

Linda Merklin

Director of Food and Beverage Services

Linda has over 45 years of experience in dining and dining-related functions. She has a degree in dietetics from the University of Akron and can assist residents with food allergies. She joined Wyndemere in 2006 and is responsible for on-campus dining services at Wyndemere, Westbridge and Wynscape.

Beth Grigg

Director Residential Health Service

Beth joined Wyndemere in 2009 and oversees daily operations of the residential health services department and is a health and wellness navigator. She manages a team of wellness coaches who help residents navigate the medical system to maximize independence, wellness and quality of life. Beth also works with independent living residents on strategies and solutions to help them maximize their independence and wellness. Plus, she assists the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in evaluating communities all over the world.

Gretchen Meitl

Director of Human Resources

Gretchen joined Wyndemere in 2019. As the director of human resources, she oversees all aspects of the department, including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits and performance management. With over 25 years of human resources experience, Gretchen worked in a variety of organizations and industries prior to joining Wyndemere. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University and her master’s degree in human resources management from the University of Minnesota.

Jeff Hebreard

Director of Accounting

Jeff oversees all areas of our accounting and finance department: billing, accounting, accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable. Prior to joining Wyndemere in 2010, Jeff was in financial services/corporate accounting at Central DuPage Hospital for 11 years. Jeff has an MBA from Northern Illinois University.

Steve Schultz

Director of Facility Services

Steve joined Wyndemere in 2006 and is in charge of campus maintenance, public safety, environmental services, emergency preparedness, capital planning and project management. Prior to joining Wyndemere, he worked in operations management and logistics for retail distribution, manufacturing and customer service.
