Aimee brings over 20 years of long-term care experience to Wyndemere and oversees its operations. Her main focus is maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction and team member engagement, while also ensuring the community continues its financial viability and operational efficiency. She’s been with Wynscape since 2008 and currently serves on several advisory groups to support health centers managed by Life Care Services across the United States.

Our management and leadership teams work closely with residents to ensure all our neighborhoods — Wyndemere, Westbridge and Wynscape — provide services and amenities that exceed their expectations.
Judy has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. After joining Wyndemere in 2007, she spent two years as regional sales manager. In her current position, she manages our sales team and coordinates all aspects of our advertising and marketing. In addition to her work at Wyndemere, Judy mentors fellow marketing directors in our sister communities through the SMART program. Judy has a business degree from Western Illinois University.
Kelly plans and coordinates all daily activities, trips and outings. She also oversees our Wyndemere and Westbridge fitness programs, transportation, spiritual offerings, newsletter and calendar as well as monthly wellness lectures and support groups offered by other departments. She was the director of activities at Mayslake Village for five years and has been at Wyndemere since 2007. Kelly has a background in special education and experience working with adults with special needs. She’s certified through the National Parks and Recreation Association as a Certified Park and Recreation Professional.
Maitoni has been with Wyndemere since 2001 and is responsible for the nursing staff and oversees residents’ clinical issues and clinical programs as well as staff education. Prior to joining Wyndemere, she worked as a hospital nurse in the Philippines for three years and then become a nurse case manager in another area community.
Linda has over 45 years of experience in dining and dining-related functions. She has a degree in dietetics from the University of Akron and can assist residents with food allergies. She joined Wyndemere in 2006 and is responsible for on-campus dining services at Wyndemere, Westbridge and Wynscape.
Gee comes to us most recently from the Ritz Carlton, Chicago where he served as the Executive Sous Chef. In his role as Executive Sous Chef, Gee provided oversight throughout the culinary operations including the Club Lounge, Torali Steak House, Hotel Bar, In Room Dining and Banquets. Prior to his career at The Ritz, Gee has worked for The Hotel Autograph Collection of Chicago and The Drake Hotel.
Megan oversees daily operations of the residential health services department and is a health and wellness navigator. She manages a team of wellness coaches who help residents navigate the medical system to maximize independence, wellness and quality of life. Megan also works with independent living residents on strategies and solutions to help them maximize their independence and wellness. Plus, she assists the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in evaluating communities all over the world.
Gretchen joined Wyndemere in 2019. As the director of human resources, she oversees all aspects of the department, including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits and performance management. With over 25 years of human resources experience, Gretchen worked in a variety of organizations and industries prior to joining Wyndemere. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University and her master’s degree in human resources management from the University of Minnesota.
Jeff oversees all areas of our accounting and finance department: billing, accounting, accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable. Prior to joining Wyndemere in 2010, Jeff was in financial services/corporate accounting at Central DuPage Hospital for 11 years. Jeff has an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Steve joined Wyndemere in 2006 and is in charge of campus maintenance, public safety, environmental services, emergency preparedness, capital planning and project management. Prior to joining Wyndemere, he worked in operations management and logistics for retail distribution, manufacturing and customer service.
Katie Patzelt previously served as a Health Center Administrator for Life Care Services at Laurel Circle in Bridgewater, New Jersey in which she oversaw the skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.
Katie was born and raised in Naperville, IL. and attended Clemson University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. She went on to complete Life Care Services professional development program and then became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota. Katie prides herself on bringing fresh ideas, an inquisitive mind, willingness to learn to any new opportunity.
Katie has been a wonderful addition to the Wyndemere Senior Living Community.
